Marking Swimmers' Event, Heat and Lane:
Looking at this example, Hattie Burton is EVENT #4, HEAT #1, and LANE #3.
You will draw a grid on your swimmer's forearm or upper thigh with columns for EVENT (E), HEAT (H), and LANE (L). For the above example, the row would read 4, 1, 3, and right Medley as the name.
